Job description
Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Mass Digital are seeking a Deputy Chief Digital Officer to lead experience strategy, product management practices, and team development. This role focuses on people-centered government services, agile delivery, and statewide digital transformation, including coaching managers and shaping organizational strategy.
The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Fri, 9:00–5:00 EST) and a primary location in Boston, MA.
