Deputy Chief of Staff
We Are NEXT is looking for a passionate volunteer to help support our leadership and operational efforts in service of our mission.

About the Role
As Deputy Chief of Staff, you will:
Assist the Chief of Staff in managing daily operations
Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and track progress
Support internal communications and organizational efficiency

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in leadership, coordination, and operational support.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Passion for social justice and progressive change
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in nonprofit or political organizations
Experience supporting executive leadership
Flexible time commitment based on project needs
