City of Naples is seeking a Deputy City Manager to assist the City Manager and City Council in directing city operations and policy development. This role leads department heads, oversees multiple service areas, and guides capital improvement planning within a coastal community.
The ideal candidate combines strong customer service with fiscally prudent management and a track record of inclusive leadership. Ten years in municipal administration and a public admin degree are expected.
