Job description
Rural-Resources seeks an Assistant Director of Community Change to support the Victim Services Department in Colville, WA and surrounding areas. You will supervise staff, coordinate prevention efforts, and help implement system coordination for abuse and trauma responses.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 40-hour victim services training, and managerial experience. You will engage with state and local partners, participate in workgroups, and lead training across the service area.
