Summary
The Deputy Director of Operations and Care Service leads boutique operations, inventory management, compliance, and after-sales care. This senior floor leader develops teams and processes to deliver exceptional client and employee experiences while supporting the boutique's luxury standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee care service operations, inventory, administrative processes, compliance, security, and audit readiness.
Lead from the floor, resolve client concerns, monitor satisfaction, and improve service workflows in partnership with boutique teams and workshops.
Develop and motivate operations and care service staff through coaching, meetings, performance management, and recruiting.
Manage team scheduling, payroll, overtime, and development plans in partnership with boutique management, HR, and Talent.
Requirements
Extensive experience in luxury goods operations, inventory management, and compliance.
Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to motivate a large team.
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client experiences and de-escalate challenging interactions.
Strong operational judgment and a track record of improving processes while maintaining quality and precision.
