Job description
The Boston Police Department is seeking a Deputy Director to coordinate and oversee the daily management of the Operations Division. This role supports the Division Director, may serve as acting Commander in the Director's absence, and leads floor managers, supervisors, Training Coordinator, and staff.
The Deputy Director will advance training and quality assurance, ensure compliance with 911/public safety standards, research industry trends, and drive performance improvement across the Division.
