Strategic Government Resources, Inc., (SGR) is assisting in recruiting a Deputy Director of Utilities for Carlsbad, NM. This leader will oversee water, wastewater, environmental and solid waste operations and report to the Utilities Director. Strong budgeting, personnel management, and public engagement are essential.
The position offers a salary of $137,280 annually, plus incentives and a provided vehicle; NM certification goals are required within two years of hire.
