Job description
DC Health, formally The District of Columbia Department of Health, seeks a Deputy Director to lead the Office of Emergency Preparedness and Resilience. You will direct public health and medical preparedness, and ensure readiness across all hazards for the District.
The role requires senior leadership, anti-racist and anti-oppressive planning principles, and the ability to coordinate with diverse partners before, during, and after emergencies. Strong executive judgement is essential.
