Grail Family Services is seeking a Deputy Director to partner with the Executive Director in guiding the organization’s next growth chapter. This in-person role in San Jose focuses on program leadership, operational excellence, and cross‑functional strategy within the Sí Se Puede Collective.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of nonprofit leadership, strong financial acumen, and a commitment to equity and community empowerment. Occasional evenings and weekends required.
