Job description
SiriusPoint seeks a Deputy General Counsel in New York to lead capital markets, M&A, and corporate governance for a publicly traded, Bermuda-headquartered insurer with global operations. You will advise the CEO, Board, and senior management on securities, disclosures, and strategic transactions, while managing external counsel and internal teams.
The role requires a J.D., US admission, and 15+ years of senior legal experience in finance, insurance, or regulated industries.
