Job description
Delaware Department of Justice, Civil Division, Affimative Litigation Unit in New Castle County, seeks a Deputy Attorney General to serve as general counsel to UIAB and FMLIAB and to administratively prosecute professionals. Strong writing and research skills, ability to work independently, and Delaware Bar membership are required.
