Job description
PJM Interconnection seeks a Deputy General Counsel to provide strategic legal leadership across regulatory, commercial, litigation, policy, and stakeholder matters. The role advises executive leadership, oversees attorneys, and coordinates with Governmental & Member Services to advance PJM’s priorities before courts, regulators, and legislatures.
Responsibilities include managing legal risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising pleadings and testimony, and developing advocacy materials.
