Job description
Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities seeks a Deputy General Counsel to lead a legal team and provide agency-wide legal guidance on housing, procurement, and regulatory matters. You will supervise attorneys and staff, develop policies and procedures, and coordinate with the Governor’s Office of Legal Counsel and senior executives.
The role requires a Juris Doctorate and MA bar, with significant experience in complex transactional work, affordable housing, land use, and procurement.
