Westlands Water District is expanding into energy and power, and seeks a Deputy General Manager – Energy & Power to build the function from the ground up. The role requires strategic leadership, collaboration with the Board and agencies, and the ability to translate complex energy concepts into actionable programs.
The position is based in Fresno, CA, with travel and outside-hours work as needed. A strong background in energy planning and regulatory compliance is essential for success.
