Job description
Equitable is seeking a Deputy Head of Mergers and Acquisitions to shape and execute the company’s M&A strategy across Retirement, Wealth Management, and Asset Management, with emphasis on Wealth Management. This senior role leads origination, evaluation, and execution of complex transactions, partnering with executives to advance long-term growth.
The hybrid role requires on-site presence 2–3 days per week, with total compensation ranging from $400,000 to $483,000, plus incentives and benefits.
