Job description
Western State Hospital in Pierce County, WA seeks a Deputy Pharmacy Director to co-manage the hospital pharmacy and satellite; lead clinical pharmacists and technicians to deliver psychiatric and medical pharmaceutical services for about 700 patients.
Reporting to the Pharmacy Director, you will plan, organize, and supervise drug procurement, distribution, staff levels, and compliance with TJC/CMS standards, while driving quality and patient-centered care across the hospital.
