This position coordinates the functions of and gives general direction to division and section heads, who in turn manage their respective personnel. This position provides assistance in the development and execution of the Department's labor relations program by attending contract negotiation sessions and develops strategies/plans to foster improved communications within the Department.The City of Puyallup is a community of 44,000 and is situated at the foot of scenic Mount Rainier.
