Job description
The Albany County Attorney's Office seeks a Deputy County and Prosecuting Attorney to prosecute criminal cases and may be reassigned by the County Attorney. Duties include preparing and trying cases, reviewing investigations, and collaborating with law enforcement on warrants and legal questions.
The role requires a JD from an accredited law school and Wyoming State Bar admission, plus strong courtroom experience and knowledge of trial procedures and rules of evidence.
