Job description
The City of Lafayette, Colorado is seeking a Deputy Recreation Director to serve as the operational leader of the Recreation Division, overseeing programs from the Bob L. Burger Recreation Center to childcare, older adult services, youth programs, and aquatics.
This role leads a team, manages complex budgets, guides strategic initiatives and capital projects, and builds strong partnerships across the organization and community to advance Lafayette's recreation vision.
