Deputy Sheriff - IISalary: $49.52 - $60.41/hour; $8,583.47 - $10,471.07/month; $103,001.60 - $125,652.80/year.Employment Type:Permanent/Full Time (40 hrs/week)Temporary/Extra HelpWork Location:Auburn, CA and surrounding areasRoseville, CA and surrounding areasTahoe City, CA and surrounding areasPosition Information:The minimum qualifications for this classification require:One year of responsible law enforcement training and experience performing duties similar to a Deputy Sheriff I with Placer County pursuant to PC sections 830.1 and 830.2.Completion of the twelfth grade or GED.Possession of a valid California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Basic certificate or equivalency certificate.Completion of a California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) certified Field Training Program (FTP).
