Adventist Health Medical Group – Bakersfield, CA
Adventist Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dermatologist to join our growing specialty care team in Bakersfield, California. This is an excellent opportunity to establish and grow a comprehensive dermatology practice within a supportive, physician-centered healthcare system committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
The incoming physician will benefit from a strong referral network, modern clinic resources, and the opportunity to serve a diverse and growing patient population in California’s Central Valley.

Wage Scale: 432,094-580,538

Candidate Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
Active California medical license (or eligibility)
Strong diagnostic and procedural dermatology skills
Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
