Dermatologist
NEW JERSEY - JERSEY SHORE
The Advanced Dermatology Network is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified dermatologist to join our high-volume, multi-specialty private practice at the Jersey Shore. This opportunity offers a dedicated focus in dermatology supported by a strong referral base, modern facilities, and a collaborative network of nationally recognized plastic and reconstructive surgeons.
The Opportunity
High-volume referral network from a large, multidisciplinary surgical practice
On-site surgical infrastructure and advanced clinical support for complex cutaneous oncology and reconstruction
Dedicated, modern aesthetic center to support cosmetic dermatology services
Full marketing and referral management to support practice growth
Collaborative environment with plastic, reconstructive, and microvascular surgeons
Flexibility to develop a practice that includes Mohs surgery, dermatologic oncology, and cosmetic services
A Private Practice Model with Academic-Level Collaboration
The Advanced Dermatology Network and ARSA offer a "Priva-demic" model -combining the autonomy and opportunity of private practice with the collaboration, complex case exposure, and exchange of expertise traditionally associated with academic medicine.
Physicians benefit from dedicated clinical and administrative support, surgical and insurance coordination, billing and collections infrastructure, marketing resources, and licensing and credentialing assistance.
Qualifications
Board eligible or board certified in dermatology
Interest or experience in cosmetic dermatology preferred
Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Interest in building a long-term career within a collaborative private practice
Responsibilities
Perform dermatologic procedures, including Mohs procedures, with closures supported by a collaborating specialist
Evaluate and treat patients with cutaneous malignancies and other dermatologic conditions
Provide cosmetic dermatology services as desired
Collaborate with plastic and reconstructive surgeons to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction
Stay current with advancements in dermatology and cosmetic techniques

Competitive base salary starting at $300K + with performance incentives; final offer based on qualifications and experience
