Dermatologist Opportunity - Fort Walton Beach, FL
Position Overview

Practice in a high-demand coastal Florida market with strong patient volume and growth potential
Opportunity to focus on medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology in a fully supported setting
Practice Highlights Established, physician-owned & operated dermatology group
20+ providers across the Southeast (AL, FL, GA, MS)
Comprehensive dermatology services including:
Medical
Surgical
Cosmetic dermatology
In-house dermatopathology lab for streamlined care
Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons available within the group
Advanced technology including IG-SRT and aesthetic platforms
EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Schedule & Work Environment Flexible 4-4.5 day workweek promoting strong work-life balance
Average 40-50 patients per day
Robust clinical support:
Dedicated scribe + medical assistants
1 APP supporting patient flow
Multiple fully equipped exam rooms
Strong onsite leadership and administrative infrastructure
Clinical Capabilities Full-service dermatology practice:
General medical dermatology
Surgical procedures
Cosmetic dermatology
Onsite laser & aesthetic services
Physician-supervised medical spa offerings
In-house pathology for efficient diagnosis and treatment planning
Compensation & Incentives Base salary: $350,000 + DOE
Production bonus: Collections-based model with strong upside
Sign-on bonus
