A thriving, physician-owned and physician-led multi-specialty group in the greater Nashville area is expanding and actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to launch services at a high-demand clinic that currently lacks dermatology.
This is a turnkey, outpatient-only position with an immediate patient base and the infrastructure to support a busy practice from day one. Run the clinic as if you own it , with full autonomy and leadership support.
Position Highlights:
Compensation Model: Salary + Keep Everything Over Overhead
Current dermatologists earn $500K+ annually
Complete autonomy – you control the schedule, staffing, and pace
