nProvidence Medical Group (PMG) Dermatology is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Dermatologist to join our established, physician‑led dermatology group in the Portland, Oregon metro area. This position is based at PMG Reed’s Crossing Dermatology, located in Hillsboro—approximately 10 miles west of downtown Portland—and offers an outstanding opportunity to build a thriving practice with strong institutional support.

nPosition Highlights:

nnnFlexible FTE options: 0.75 FTE (3 days per week) or 1.0 FTE (4 days per week)

nn30 hours per week direct patient care for 1.0 FTE

nnPhysician-designed schedules with flexibility in template creation

nn15-minute visits for standard appointments

n

nn30-45 minute procedure slots, based on physician preference

nnImmediate patient demand with a robust waitlist

nnCosmetic dermatology opportunities available

nnOption to read some or all of your own dermatopathology

nnOn-site Narrowband UVB phototherapy and photodynamic therapy

n nCompensation & Incentives:

nnnGuaranteed base salary of $450,000 annually for 1.0 FTE

n

nnExceptional earning potential with production bonus. Total compensation can exceed $850K

n

nnSigning bonus of up to $50,000

nnRelocation assistance available

nnCME allowance of $6,000 plus 80 CME hours annually (1.0 FTE)
