Job description
Indiana University Health is seeking a clinically experienced Ambulatory Manager for Dermatology to lead a dynamic team in our Indianapolis clinic. This onsite role focuses on quality, safety, and exceptional patient experiences while aligning with the IU Health Way.
The manager will translate strategic priorities into operational plans, supervise 12 direct reports, and ensure nursing practice standards are embedded in daily care. RN licensure in Indiana and a BSN (MSN preferred) are required.
