Job description
Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, MN is hiring an In Clinic Visit Facilitator to join our Dermatology team. This 1.0 FTE, benefits-eligible role supports in-person clinic visits, prepares patients, and documents information in the medical record.
You will help stock exam rooms, coordinate appointments, and assist with scheduling while ensuring a positive patient experience through clear communication with patients, providers, and staff.
