Dermatology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Seasonal
Location: Fort Myers, Bonita Springs & Naples, FL
Job Type: Seasonal / Temporary
Schedule: Flexible, Monday-Saturday opportunities
Season: January 1, 2027 - April 30, 2027
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with dermatology experience for a seasonal position in Southwest Florida. The provider will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of dermatologic conditions while working with a supervising physician and clinical support team.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat dermatologic conditions
Perform skin examinations and skin cancer screenings
Develop treatment plans and educate patients
Perform dermatology procedures based on experience and comfort level
Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, ED&C, and simple excisions/repairs as appropriate
Maintain accurate patient documentation using EMA
Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinical team
Provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
Travel between Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples locations as needed
Requirements
Active Florida NP or PA license, or ability to obtain before starting
Minimum 1 year of dermatology experience as a practicing NP or PA
Strong clinical and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dermatology setting
Ability to work with a supervising physician and clinical team
Willingness to travel within the Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples area
No specific dermatology procedure is required from day one. Training is available as needed.
Schedule & Compensation
DEA registration and controlled-substance prescribing experience are not required.
