Dermatology NP or PA Enfield, CT North-Central Connecticut Äî Hartford Metro & Massachusetts Border Position Details Full-time, permanent employed position Setting: 100% outpatient Äî established dermatology practice with locations in Enfield and Simsbury, CT Average 32 patients per 8-hour clinic day 1+ years of medical Dermatology experience required Practice OverviewSeeking a certified NP or PA to join a well-established, collaborative dermatology team providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages: Evaluate and treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, rosacea, benign lesions, and a broad range of dermatologic conditions Skin cancer screenings and suspicious lesion evaluation Medication management, patient education, and coordination of follow-up care Interest in performing or learning common dermatology procedures including shave and punch biopsies, cryotherapy, intralesional injections, and minor excisions Build long-term patient relationships and support expanded dermatology access in the community Collaborate with supervising dermatologists and experienced clinical and administrative staff Part of one of the nation's largest dermatology practice networks Äî operational support within a community-focused practice environment Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary plus percentage of collections Uncapped earning potential Starting bonus Relocation assistance Paid vacation and CME time off CME reimbursement Paid malpractice insurance Paid health insurance Retirement benefits Professional training opportunities Required Qualifications Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Äî current national certification Äî required Active Connecticut APRN or PA license or eligibility to obtain Äî required Prior Dermatology experience as an APP in Dermatology practice Strong documentation skills, clinical judgment, and compassionate, patient-first approach About the Community Äì Enfield, Connecticut Welcoming community of approximately 41,000 in north-central Connecticut near the Massachusetts border Convenient access to Hartford, Springfield, and the broader New England region Quality-of-life initiatives including recreation, bicycle and pedestrian pathways, greenways, riverfront access, and outdoor community events Strong community feel with the amenities of a larger suburban market Local dining, retail, parks, and excellent schools throughout the area Easy regional travel Äî Bradley International Airport nearby Health care among the town's major employment sectors Äî strong environment for medical professionals seeking community impact
