We are in need of physician assistant for our Glendora and Rancho Cucamonga office, procedure oriented office
Responsibilities would consist of and not limited to:
* The Physician Assistant provides comprehensive dermatologic care, including patient evaluations, diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions, minor surgical procedures, biopsies, medication management, and patient education within the PA's authorized scope of practice.
* Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely medical records, reviewing pathology results, ensuring appropriate patient follow-up, complying with insurance authorization requirements, and following established clinical, safety, and infection control protocols. The PA is expected to communicate treatment plans and options clearly, address patient concerns professionally, collaborate with physicians and clinical staff, and escalate complex cases or unresolved concerns to the Medical Director.
* The PA must maintain an active California license, required certifications, clinical competency, and compliance with applicable laws and practice policies. Professional conduct, patient satisfaction, documentation accuracy, productivity, and quality of care are essential performance expectations.
