Job description
This is a full-time, predominantly medical dermatology position (90% medical / 10% cosmetic) with excellent infrastructure and strong clinical support.

Lead dermatologist role overseeing two experienced PAs
Efficient workflows supporting patients per day
Monday Thursday schedule (optional half-day Fridays as volume grows)
Broad patient mix: pediatric through geriatric
Compensation
$350,000+ base salary
Additional upside via negotiable percentage of collections
Additional compensation for PA oversight
Long-term growth and leadership potential
Ideal Candidate
Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist
Louisiana licensed (or eligible)
Strong medical dermatology foundation (cosmetics optional)
Team-oriented and comfortable in a high-volume setting
The practice is not urgently filling this role and is focused on the right long-term fit . Anticipated start timeline is approximately 3 months , but flexible for the right candidate.
