Job description
Join a well-established, growing dermatology practice with a supportive, close-knit culture across the Lehigh Valley and Poconos region! We're seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist ready to step into a practice with a full, built-in patient base and significant staff support.
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care
See an average patient load of approximately 30 patients per day
Supervise and collaborate with a team of advanced practice providers and support staff
Deliver a mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology services
Benefit from steady patient flow and strong administrative support
What You'll Bring:
MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Dermatology
Comfort supervising mid-level providers (5 NPs) and clinical support staff
MOHS surgery training welcomed, though not required
Strong leadership and collaborative mindset within a close team culture

Competitive salary: $425,000 $500,000 first-year base, shifting to production-based earnings (percentage of collections) thereafter
