Established, physician-owned & operated dermatology group
20+ providers across the Southeast (AL, FL, GA, MS) You'll Join 1 Mohs Surgeon, 3 MAs, and a NP
Comprehensive dermatology services including: Medical
Surgical
Cosmetic dermatology
In-house dermatopathology lab for streamlined care
Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons available within the group
Advanced technology including IG-SRT and aesthetic platforms
EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Schedule & Work Environment
Flexible 4 4.5 day workweek promoting strong work-life balance
Average patients per day
Robust clinical support:
2-3 MA's (live scribe) 1 APP supporting patient flow
Multiple fully equipped exam rooms
Strong onsite leadership and administrative infrastructure

Full-service dermatology practice:
General medical dermatology
Surgical procedures
Cosmetic dermatology
Onsite laser & aesthetic services
Physician-supervised medical spa offerings
In-house pathology for efficient diagnosis and treatment planning
Compensation & Incentives
Base salary: $350,000 + DOE
Production bonus: Productivity bonus (40% of collections after threshold)

Candidate Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist
Comfortable in a high-volume, efficient practice setting
Interest in long-term growth within a physician-led organization
Open to practicing a mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology
