We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dermatology Practice Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth and continuous improvement.Job Summary: As the Dermatology Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring efficient management of the practice's resources, and maintaining a professional and positive office environment. Your expertise in dermatology practice management will be crucial in leading our team, optimizing our billing processes, and managing our revenue cycle effectively.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage clinic operations to ensure a high standard of patient care and efficiency.Implement and oversee the billing and insurance processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.Manage the entire revenue cycle, from patient registration through payment posting, and identify areas for financial improvement.Develop and maintain a professional office culture, fostering a positive work environment that promotes staff morale and patient satisfaction.Train and supervise clinic staff, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and best practices in dermatology.Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and operational excellence.Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, financial metrics, and operational improvements.Handle patient complaints and concerns, ensuring issues are resolved to maintain a high level of patient trust and clinic reputation.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a dermatology setting.Strong knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes, specifically in dermatology.Proven track record in managing revenue cycles and improving financial outcomes.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining positive relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.Experience with MedMod/EMA EHR systemsWhy Join Us:Be part of a prestigious clinic known for its expert care and professional environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development within the practice.Work in a supportive and positive atmosphere, where your contributions make a real difference.
