Job description
Dermatologist Opportunity in Northeast North Dakota No Call $625K Base Guaranteed
Join a well-established, high-volume dermatology and cosmetic center with zero competition in the area, a packed schedule, and the infrastructure to support both medical and cosmetic dermatology from day one.
The Practice
High-volume, low-competition practice booked over 60 days out, averaging 28 to 30 patients per day, with full-time considered 35 patient hours per week
Strong support team including NPs handling biopsies and aesthetics, plus LPN and dermatology tech support, with MOHS capability available if trained
Full suite of equipment including UVB light therapy, XTRAC excimer laser, and a range of cosmetic lasers
No call, with EPIC EMR and Dragon or Dax voice dictation
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary of $625,000 guaranteed for 3 years, with wRVU production above that if greater
Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000

33 days of PTO, paid parental leave, $5,000 CME allowance, and a lifestyle spending account
You'll Need
MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology
MOHS training a plus but not required
