Job description
The Homestead of Denison seeks a compassionate Treatment Nurse LVN/RN to provide specialized skin care for residents under medical direction. You will assess and treat skin disorders, document findings, and collaborate with the care planning team to optimize resident comfort and recovery.
Responsibilities include developing skin care plans, communicating with physicians and families, and ensuring accurate charting and adherence to HIPAA guidelines within the facility’s protocols.
