nIf you're great at reading people, making recommendations, and solving problems behind the bar or in customer service, you already have what it takes to succeed here. At Art of Drawers, Design Associates use those same skills to help clients solve frustrating home storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree required. You will work directly for the owner, who was named the Franchise Partner of the Year in 2025 and knows how to sucessfully onboard and train nop-notch designers.

nWhat You'll Do
nMeet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations (like reading what a customer needs at the bar)
nRecommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)
nFollow up with your client base to ensure they're happy and refer friends
nCoordinate with the team and manage your appointments
nWho You Are
nGreat communicator who builds rapport quickly (if you can handle a packed Friday night bar rush, you can do this)
nGoal-oriented and self-motivated
nHave your own phone, computer, printer, and reliable car
