nAt Floor Coverings International, we bring the flooring showroom directly to our customers’ homes. Using our Mobile Flooring Showroom, you’ll guide homeowners through flooring options, help them visualize their new space, and deliver a seamless project experience from consultation to installation.

nThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative sales, design conversations, relationship building, and a flexible schedule that rewards hard work.
nWhat You’ll Do
nConduct in-home design and sales consultations
nBuild trust with customers and guide them through flooring selections
nRecommend solutions that balance style, function, and budget
nClose sales by clearly presenting value and options
nManage proposals, follow-ups, and project details
nPartner with the team to ensure a seamless installation experience
nGenerate referrals and build long-term customer relationships
nWhat Success Looks Like
n50%+ close rate on appointments
nConsistent 5-star customer reviews
nStrong referral and repeat business pipeline
nProfitable projects and happy customers
nWho You Are
n2+ years of sales experience in flooring, interior design, or construction REQUIRED
nStrong communicator who can build trust quickly
nOrganized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
nComfortable working independently and using technology
nValid driver’s license
