Job description
ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Design/Build Manager to lead projects from concept through completion, coordinating with owners, designers, and subcontractors. You’ll oversee estimating, scheduling, buyouts, and site meetings while driving value engineering and cost control.
The ideal candidate brings 3–10 years in construction management on commercial projects, strong decision-making, planning, and integrity, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.
