Job description
Comunilife Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Design and Construction to lead design, construction, and capital improvements for its growing real estate portfolio in New York City.
Reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate Development, the role will oversee contractors, consultants, and staff to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. The candidate will manage design reviews, cost estimates, and due diligence, while coordinating with lenders and joint venture partners.
