Job description
The Design Coordinator supports the design experience by organizing and managing appointments, store events, and sales aids. The Design Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing initial assistance to customers seeking design solutions. The Design Coordinator will assist Designers with consultations, projects, and customer outreach.

nnnDrive sales and a differentiated experience by assisting customers and Designers with managing appointments and Design Desk projects

nnOwn the organization and replenishment of sales aids.
n
nnConduct post-purchase customer outreach
n
nnSupport Designers and Leaders by managing pipeline activities and in-store events
n
nnAssist customers on the floor and pass them off to Designers as appropriate
n
nnPossess a clear understanding of the brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel: store, e-commerce, and catalog
n
nnEnsure full understanding and awareness of all product information, including characteristics and care information, and stay informed on the competition and industry trends
n
nnAct as the point person and maintain partnerships with CDST and B2B departments
n
nnDeliver individual sales, KPI, service goals, and productivity standards, and engage customers on the sales floor by demonstrating our selling skills
n
nnActively listen to the customer to identify which products will best meet their needs and communicate company loyalty services
n
nnAssist Designers with in-home and in-store consultations
n
nnSupport and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm, ensuring all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service
n
nnSupport store training and education on design services to drive a clear understanding of design services and offerings
n
nnSupport large-scale projects as assigned.

n nWhat you'll bring to the table...
nnnUnderstanding basic design functions, including spatial planning, fabric selection, lighting, and interior design styles
n
nnExcellent, effective, timely communication skills and the ability to translate the brand vision and the customer's wants/needs
n
nnAbility to stay up to date on market trends
n
nnAbility to be an agent of change and shift quickly as our business evolves
n
nnProven track record of building long-lasting relationships with customers

nnInterpersonal skills; team player

n nWhat you'll bring to the table...
nnn1+ years of relevant experience in Retail or Customer Service
n
nnExperience organizing events
n
nnProficient in Google platforms, virtual communication, and appointment management systems
