Job description
BitGo, a digital asset infrastructure company, is seeking a design leader to manage and mentor the design team, own the design system, and sit next to the Chief Product Officer on business strategy.
This is a player-coach role with roughly 50% hands-on IC work to start, evolving as the team scales. You will lead surfaces from discovery to spec and shape long-term roadmaps with PMs and engineers.
