Job description
HNTB in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Design Group Director to lead our structures, roadway, and transit teams. Reporting to the Office Leader, you will manage budgets, staffing, and delivery of multi-discipline design tasks while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
You will guide strategic planning, pursue opportunities, mentor staff, and coordinate with office leadership to align with HNTB's SSA and SDA processes.
