Job description
Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Design Intern to support innovative, sustainable packaging solutions in our manufacturing environment. The intern will assist with structural and graphic design for corrugated packaging, folding cartons, and labels, creating production-ready files and prototypes. Working closely with designers, engineers, and manufacturing teams, you’ll refine concepts, apply brand guidelines, and ensure manufacturability. This role offers hands-on exposure to real customer projects, print processes, and sustainable materials in a people-first, safety-focused, and growth-oriented culture.
