Job description
Green Bay Packaging seeks a Design Intern to support innovative, sustainable packaging solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working with senior designers and production teams, you will assist with structural and graphic packaging design, prepare production-ready files, and help prototype corrugated boxes, cartons, and labels. You’ll collaborate across operations to balance creativity, cost, and manufacturability while learning industry tools, materials, and processes. This role offers hands-on experience, mentoring, and exposure to a stable, growth-oriented, people-first company.
