As project volume continues to increase, they are seeking a Design Manager to provide additional support across their growing portfolio of projects.nPosition OverviewnInsight Global's client is seeking a Design Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of theater renovation and specialty auditorium projects. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external architectural partners, ensuring design standards, project schedules, permitting requirements, and partner specifications are met throughout the project lifecycle.nThis role combines architectural project management, consultant coordination, permitting oversight, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with a variety of external partners.nResponsibilitiesnt• Manage multiple remodeling and specialty auditorium projects simultaneouslynt• Coordinate with external architectural firms throughout project executionnt• Review architectural plans and construction documents for compliance with project requirementsnt• Coordinate with specialty partners and consultants to ensure design standards are metnt• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverablesnt• Support permitting efforts and track permit approvalsnt• Review shop drawings and construction documentationnt• Assist with RFP development and project initiation activitiesnt• Communicate project status updates to internal stakeholdersnt• Ensure consultant teams address all required feedback and revisionsnt• Maintain project documentation and organizational processes throughout the project lifecycle
