Job description
Autodesk is seeking an experienced Design & Manufacturing customer advocate to translate customer signals into clear decisions and measurable outcomes. You will combine product knowledge with customer conversations, support trends, and data to identify where Autodesk should invest and how to drive impact across teams.
You will work with Product Management, Engineering, and Support to build reliability plans, advocate for customers, and inform roadmaps with actionable insights.
