M. A. Mortenson Company is looking for an experienced Design Phase Manager I in Salt Lake City, Utah. The ideal candidate will manage the design process, collaborate closely with clients, and ensure successful project execution while demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities include managing project expectations, facilitating design contracting, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of six years of experience in the field.
Competitive pay range of $113,500 - $170,300 based on experience and location.
