Job description
Milwaukee Tool's Design Research team seeks a seasoned researcher to lead qualitative studies in the construction space. You will collaborate with engineers, industrial designers, and product managers to uncover user needs and influence early concept direction.
You will conduct on-site observation, run co-creation sessions, and synthesize findings into actionable insights. Travel 25-40% domestically; present results to stakeholders and champion user-centered methods.
