nAbout the Role

nAs an Engineer, you'll be an essential part of our mission to provide safe and reliable maritime services. You'll work alongside a dedicated team that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

nWhat You'll Do

nnnMaintain all vessel machinery and systems, including main propulsion, auxiliary power generation, ancillary equipment, and deck and cargo handling systems.

n

nnEnsure proper operation of all controls, monitoring, and alarm systems.

n

nnOversee and conduct vessel bunkering operations, ensuring full compliance with established fueling procedures and environmental regulations.

n

nnMonitor and maintain fuel and fluid levels in all vessel tanks; take and document monthly oil samples for analysis.

n

nnTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machinery malfunctions as needed to ensure safe and continuous vessel operation.

n

nnPerform special duties, preventative maintenance, and assigned projects to support overall vessel readiness and efficiency.

n nWhat We're Looking For

nnnDDE 4000 HP License

n

nnValid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).

n

nnMinimum of two years of experience as a Marine Engineer.

n

nnValid identification for travel.

n

nnMust join the IBU (Inland Boatman's Union) within 30 days of hire.

n

n nWhat We Offer

nnnPay for this position is $720 per day. The estimated annual compensation is $131,400, based on an even-time schedule of 182.5 working days per year.
